Equiti Youth Football League ("EYFL", "we", "us") operates youth football competitions in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the website yfldubai.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we handle it, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).

What we collect

• Contact enquiries: name, email address, role and message content submitted through our contact form.
• Club registration: club name, contact person, email, phone number and team details submitted by club officials through our registration forms.
• Player information: EYFL is a club-based league. Player details are provided to us by registered clubs, not collected through this website. Clubs are responsible for obtaining parental consent before sharing any information about players under 18.

Children's data

Our competitions involve players under 18. We take their privacy seriously: we collect the minimum information needed to run competitions (name, date of birth, club, age group), we never collect it directly from children through this website, and we do not use it for marketing. Match photography and video at EYFL events is governed by the consent collected by clubs at registration; parents can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

How we use your data

• To respond to enquiries and process club registrations.
• To organise fixtures, publish results and administer competitions.
• To send operational communications to registered clubs.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the league (for example our website host and league-management platform) and where required by law.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies required to serve the site. Embedded third-party services (such as links to social media platforms) may set their own cookies when you follow them, governed by their own policies.

Payments and Gallery purchases

When you buy from the EYFL Gallery we collect your name, email address, the items purchased and the amounts paid, and we generate order records and receipts. Card payments are processed entirely by our payment provider (paymennt.com); your card details never reach or pass through our systems. Receipt and download emails are sent through our email delivery provider. For security and licence enforcement we log download activity for purchased files (times and counts). Your photo selection basket is stored in your own browser's local storage until checkout — it is not a tracking cookie and never leaves your device.

Your rights

Under the PDPL you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at football@yfldubai.com. We will respond within 30 days.
